TWP MagazineTWP Magazine (The Wilmington Post) has released its first issue of this year’s volume. Volume 2, Issue 1 is now out on UNCW’s campus. There is a virtual issue available online for everyone who was unlucky enough not to pick up a copy on campus or around Wilmington.

New website for The Wilmington Post Magazine

The Wilmington Post MagazineI have recently taken over the on campus magazine The Wilmington Post. The next issue will be available on August 25th, 2009. If you are on the UNCW campus, look for the magazine. The magazine will be packed full of entertaining articles, events, and valuable coupons from tons of businesses around town. There are two kinds of disruption, disruption that happens to you and disruption that you start. You can only control the second. By starting disruption you change the world while creating new paths which may be more useful and prosperous.

Confidentiality Agreement
i. It is agreed to by the following venture team member, (NAME) that the information included in this plan (including, but not limited to, product plans, marketing strategies, trade secrets, costs, pricing information, performance features, studies, reports, objectives, customer information, dealings, arrangements, financial projections, and any other information about the venture) is considered confidential.
ii. Any use or disclosure of the confidential information other than expressly provided in this Agreement shall be deemed a breach of this agreement.
iii. Recipient agrees to maintain the confidential information in confidence, take reasonable steps to prevent disclosure of the confidential information to any third party, and not to copy, divulge, sell, or otherwise disclose the confidential information.
iv. Exclusions: This agreement shall not apply to information for which the Recipient can substantiate, as evidenced by documentary proof that such information was known by the recipient prior to the time it was disclosed, the information was in the public domain at the time it was disclosed to the recipient, or becomes publicly known through no wrongful act of Recipient.
